What we collect

This site collects personal details only when you choose to submit them: your name, phone number, and email address through the consultation form, your email address through the sample-report form, and anything you write in the free-text message field — which may include information about your health interests. The site has no user accounts and collects no payment details.

How submissions are processed

Form submissions are handled by Formspree, a third-party form-processing service based in the United States. Formspree receives what you submit and delivers it to the clinic. This means the details you send are processed on Formspree's infrastructure before they reach us — we state this plainly so you know exactly where your information travels.

If our processing setup changes — for example, moving to storage hosted in the EU or in Israel — this policy will be updated to describe the new arrangement.

Why we collect it

One purpose only: to respond to your inquiry and provide the information you asked for. We do not use your details for anything else without asking you first.

Storage and retention

Submissions are held by the form processor and in the clinic's email. We keep them for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a limited period afterwards, after which they are deleted.

Sharing — and what we never do

We do not sell personal data. Ever. Your details are not shared with anyone beyond the form processor described above, except where the law requires it.

Sensitive information

Anything health-related in your inquiry is treated as confidential and sensitive. We recommend keeping detailed medical information out of the free-text field — it can wait for a private conversation. Clinical information shared during care is governed by medical confidentiality and is handled separately from this website.

Your rights

Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 — significantly strengthened by Amendment 13 — you may request access to the personal details we hold about you, ask for them to be corrected, or ask for them to be deleted. Requests from individuals in other jurisdictions, including the EU, are honored equivalently.

Cookies and analytics

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking of any kind. It sets a single essential cookie that remembers your language preference (English or Hebrew). Fonts are served from our own domain, not from third-party font services.
